This new version is a good thing because it allows you to see every component and millimetre of the 301 thanks to the 52-part sapphire case. The sapphire pieces are attached to the metal 'frame', which is either made of white gold or red gold, using a high-tech adhesive compound that was developed in-house. The bonding process ensures virtually invisible joints between metal and sapphire and a water resistance of up to 3ATM. It takes 350 hours to polish and work the sapphire parts of each watch.
